MP Stephen Pound narrates seemingly on the basis that his name is pound, ho ho, but he makes a goo fist of it none the less.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pHnaiQ_gtaY\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Leaving aside the muzak and clip art noises of oh&#8217;s and applause (which is a bit tacky to be honest) the video has a clear, unmuddled feel to it which seems pretty effective.<\/p>\n<p>The core claim is that there is one billion pounds of surplus in the budget of which not a single penny has bee spent on improvements &#8211; so this money can be used to fund a 7% fare reduction.
