While the concept of non-drying paint may seem simply anti-social, it&#8217;s probably not enough to warrant a mention here. What was more odd was the fact that there was clearly nothing painted anywhere in the vicinity. I even touched the fence to see if that had been coated, nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps there&#8217;s a fatal flaw in the concept of non-dry paint &#8211; it all rubs off eventually.
