Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Details:

This position will play an important role in the Robin Hood Tax campaign. With significant progress towards achieving taxation on financial transactions in Europe and recent backing from Bill Gates, we are looking for fast-paced, rapid response policy and advocacy for meetings at the highest levels of the Bank of England and FSA, and with politicians and officials. Stamp Out Poverty is a founding member of the Robin Hood Tax campaign.

Key objectives:

• To develop campaign policy regarding further taxation of the financial sector, focusing on the introduction of a Financial Transactions Tax (FTT)

• To engage in high-level advocacy with key stakeholders in government, the financial sector and other NGOs
